Thanks for the recommendation, Stacy. The parts that really interest me, other than the subject matter, are the real life examples. I LOVE learning from other’s personal experiences and if this book has that personal touch to it then I will take pleasure in absorbing it.

Hi Vincent,
Real life examples are very inspiring! Hearing the how-to’s can take us so far, but seeing a real example can really bring it to life!

Leader or not, if one makes an art out of struggle, I think one would end up benefiting from it. This should be interesting reading. But I’ll probably wait a while as our city library would probably take an interest in buying it especially since it’s about leadership.

Excellent post. You really dialed that in. It’s the simple principles that worked for people that have already been where we are heading and desire to be that we should pay close attention to.Thanks for keeping it real and I always look forward to your next post!

From my experience, most leaders are wired to face challenges that come their way. Its what makes them tick and adversity only adds fuel to their fire.

Real world suggestions are extremely striking! Hearing the particular how-to’s can take people until now, however viewing a genuine instance can definitely grow it alive!

Agree with Cecilia above. We should role model those who have the attributes that we want. SOrt of like fake it till we make it, and the best way to do this is to copy someone who already does it well.
