Just in time for the new year – and all of those resolutions and goals – I’ve got my book “Build a New Habit in 28 Days” for free on Amazon. You can download it for free on Amazon today (Saturday, December 29th) through January 2nd! (Update: It’s no longer free, but will be available for another free run in March!)
In addition to the book you have the option of signing up for daily inspirational emails for the 28 days that you’re building your new habit! The emails are a quick dose of inspiration along with a little reminder about building your new habit for the day.
About the book
“You will never change your life until you change something
you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your
daily routine.”
– John C. Maxwell
The quote above shows why habits are so important for achieving success and how important it is to be aware of our habits. We must take control of our habits.
Otherwise they will control us.
Along the same lines is the importance of the slight edge. This is where making small almost insignificant choices daily create the makings of success slowly one day at a time, building on each day to create a larger success over time. Clearly using the slight edge is how to successfully bring a new habit to life.
Each choice that we make is important even if it seems infinitely insignificant. But as those choices are made over and over they have a compound effect on our lives. This is something that successful people are keenly aware of and use to their advantage.
Do you want to be one of the successful people or one of the unsuccessful people? If you want a life lacking in success then you needn’t read further.
But if you desire to live a life of success then this book is for you!
The activities in this book will take less than a half an hour each day for 28 days although you can choose to spend more time on the day’s activity.
Each daily activity is designed to give you tools to turn your desired habit into a real habit by the end of 28 days if you are consistent and participate each day. Of course there is room to take a break if you need a day off, just pick up where you left off.
A new habit will greatly assist you in going where you want to go because habits are something that you don’t put much thought into as they are natural!
You may want to:
• Eat healthier
• Exercise regularly
• Reach a specific rank or level in your company
• Use afformations or affirmations daily
• Write 3-5 blog posts per week
• Improve your blog statistics
• Replace negative thinking with positive thinking
• Drink water instead of pop or coffee
• Connect with more people daily
• Build your business
• Stress less
• Spend more time with kids, spouse or a friend
• Educate yourself
• Wake up earlier
• Or…?
The great thing about this book is that you can use it again and again. Every time that you want to build a new habit for yourself you can use it for daily inspiration!

I landed on this blog/website for the first time and found myself missing by a couple of days the free download of a book that could possibly be the answer to my chronic procrastination problem.
Judging by what you’re saying in this post, I’m pretty sure I could get some real nuggets from that book and hopefully put them into action. Well, I’ll just probably wait for that 90th day.
Btw, the link here is for the kindle version only. Do you have a pdf version or some format readable in the PC?
