What a wonderful tool you’ve created here, Stacy, and I’m so happy to have been a part of it. I love your “afformations”, too. I do some work with young adults who have a hard time believing their affirmations, so I can’t wait to share this new technique with them.

One part of the confidence building exercises we do is have people write down positive affirmations because they strongly influence how people think about themselves and always change that belief for the better.
I am definitely getting a copy! And recommending it to others too

Great stuff Stacy! I’ve loved affirmations ever since I listened to Antony Robbins on Unlimited Power. They really work instantly and can make you change negative emotions and states into possitive ones.
