Habit Building Day #28: Catch Up Day

Catch Up

Wow, can you believe how far we have come with this habit building challenge? Just a few more short days and the challenge will be over!

We have been busy all month working on turning a wanted habit into a real habit to improve our lives or businesses.

I have participated in quite a few challenges in the time that I have had my blog and I know how it goes. You can be on top of everything and then life happens and all of a sudden you’re behind and it seems like you can’t catch up because there are new daily activities popping up every day!

That’s one reason that I have aimed at having at least one day each week, usually on a weekend, having an “easy” exercise for the day. Yes I want for all of us to stretch and grow but I don’t want anyone to feel overwhelmed with the challenge. It’s meant to be inspiring in nature so that you can feel empowered to keep going with the habit building.

It’s challenging to build a new habit on your own. I know because I experience it too. It can feel burdensome, it can feel like a waste of time, it feel hopeless. There can also be excuses and rationalizations: I don’t need to do this after all, I’ll build this habit next month, this isn’t worth the effort, etc.

Yes, I’ve been there!

I hope that this challenge has served to help you to get past your obstacles and instill a belief in yourself and an inspiration to see this through! We chose our habits because wanted to make a very specific change in our lives and we are so close to seeing our new habit.

So if you’ve missed some days click on the “home” tab on the top of the page and scroll through the list of recent posts and pick one or two that you can do today!

To Your Success,
