You are doing great on building your habit, give yourself a pat on the back!
Today is going to be a quick one, I want you to have plenty of time to work on your activity today and enjoy your Saturday.
This isn’t going to be a big inspirational or learning post, I’m going to give you a little activity to do to take care of yourself and relax for a little bit.
I want you to get into the middle of the room and either sit or stand and spend about ten to fifteen minutes stretching your body. Stretch everything from your head to feet.
Notice tension places, notice resistance, notice tender spots. Take care of them and don’t push or fight them.
Take deep breaths as you stretch and appreciate the stretch.
Once you are all done you should feel rejuvenated and ready to go have a great day!
To Your Success,

Nice tip Stacy!
It really is true how much rejuvenated we can feel just by breathing and stretching properly.
We have a wonderful body that can help heal us!

Stacy, I love photos of squirrels and this is a great one! Squirrels are incredibly fast and agile. Of course they need to stretch to be at their best. We do, too.

Hi Stacy,
Somewhere I read that it takes 21 days to either form a new habit or drop an old one. So, if you make it through those 21 days you should be good to go.
I’m off to the living room to stretch
Have a great weekend!

More often than not, a lot of people forget the importance of stretching and deep breathing exercises. It is really a good thing that you have reminded us how important they are in our daily life. I appreciate your effort for doing this. That was short and simply, yet very meaningful.
