I’ll just leave my two cents here since you took the time to let us know of your guest post.
I get what you’re saying over there, it’s all about compromise. You choose to read your emails instead of making those phone calls you planned to make. You pick the easy way out. And this is why change is needed, because the easy way does not bring you progress and growth, at best it lets you remain at the same level.
I believe the habit is just a part of the problem, a healthy mentality is what matters most.

Changing is much more difficult than finishing a task. Even we are too much eager to make some changes, we tend to have lots of excuses when we start to working on those changes in our lives. Like what I read before from other blog, acceptance and action are both important to make changing our lives possible. We need to accept that we need to change and to start acting on it no matter how difficult the process is. We could be very much successful if we could stick onto that…
