I had already registered at Swagbucks earlier this month, but for some reason I forgot to search through it (probably ‘coz my home page is google

Hi Stacy, I use to be part of a website that did this stuff! They had a combo of Google, Bing and Yahoo. You would get points and the points could get you a gift card or some other things.
I think this is a great idea for newer search engines to take some market share from the competitors such as the big three I just mentioned.

Stacy, what’s the relevancy like in their search results? Is it as good or better than Bing? Or is it on par with Google?

Is there any metrics available as to the popularity of swag? Is there a benefit to a blog like yours, with its popularity to be indexed there? Does it crawl the web like Google?

It’s interesting that you posted this Stacy! I was an avid Swagbucks user months back and actually did earn a couple of Amazon cards that way but gave up on it because it was slow going. I had trouble using their browser instead of Google.
Perhaps I should give it another try!

Now that is something interesting i encountered.. i never heard of them before … and above all the concept of getting paid for searching your stuff is marvelous… one of the best way of promoting website or services!!! Everyone would like to enroll themselves, and goodies they are providing are irresistible …
